Shipping Information
We ship The Sleep Genie world-wide, with the exception of the USA, where the product can not be sold without a valid prescritption from a licensed health care professional.
Please note that overseas orders could experience significant delays in crossing customs.
We will not refund any charges related to packing and shipping if you fail to take delivery of the goods at the address given by you on your order.
International Delivery
We do not guarantee delivery dates for overseas delivery as products are subject to customs clearance in the destination country. Please appreciate that prices to all parts of the world are not the same. Please feel free to place your order and we will let you know if there is any problem.
Our charges to you will cover all postage, packing and insurance up to the value of the goods you are buying. Any additional taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Information
Orders are shipped the same day if placed before 1:00 P.M. EST.
Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip or postal code or other addressing error (ex. incorrect or missing apartment number) you will be charged the $25 fee we are charged by our shipping company.
Delivery Times
All products are shipped by courier. We only ship on 'business' days. Standard delivery times are as follows:
